In order to provide electronic commerce capabilities, the name, address and payment information that you must provide when using this Web site to make a payment will be used and processed to complete an online transaction only. Your e-mail and credit card information are not retained by the system operating this Web site after completion of the transaction.

When entering your credit card information for a case payment, you have the option to temporarily save the payment information for additional case payments. This is a convenient, timesaving feature if you are paying for multiple cases at a time.
How it works
If you choose to save your payment information, when you are finished paying for one case, you can continue paying for other cases without re-entering your billing information. The Arizona Courts Online Payment web site saves this in a secure location. When you return to the Enter Payment Information screen, the Arizona Courts Online Payment web site automatically redisplays your billing information. You can simply re-enter your credit card number, expiration date and security code continue on your way. When you are finished paying cases, click the I'm Finished Paying Cases button and all of your payment information is permanently deleted from the Arizona Courts Online Payment web site.
Deleting Your Payment Information
When your payment information is permanently deleted from our web site, it cannot be used for any other online transactions on the Arizona Courts Online Payment web site unless it is re-entered. To prevent misuse of your credit card information, the Court takes extra precautions and will delete your payment information if any one of the following actions occurs:

In addition to our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, we require you to re-enter your credit card information each time your payment information is displayed on the Enter Payment Information screen.
