Request to Schedule an Administrative Hearing


If your vehicle is currently impounded, you are encouraged to retrieve your vehicle immediately. To contest the impound, please contact the parking enforcement office nearest to the location of the impound. If your vehicle is booted, please contact the Parking Violations Bureau at 1-866-561-9742.

You can schedule your hearing for a maximum of 5 tickets at once. If you wish to schedule more than 5 citations, please contact the Parking Violations Bureau at 866-561-9742, ( 213- 623-7046 for the hearing-impaired ).

Please note the following:
  • You must know the citation number of each citation you wish to schedule.
  • All citations must be issued against the same license plate.
  • All citations must be paid in full, or a waiver must be granted. To request a waiver, complete a Waiver Request .
  • All citations must have had an Initial Review .
  • You must request this administrative hearing no later than 21 days from the completion of the administrative review.
  • The citation cannot already have had an administrative hearing.
  • If you wish to submit any supporting documents and/or evidence to be reviewed at the hearing, please submit by mail or in person.
