Online Parking Citation Payment System 

1. Enter the citation number in the box provided (up to 11 characters).
2. Select the Submit button to begin the secure credit card payment process. This link will take you to a secured site.
3. Follow the directions on the secured site to walk through the payment process.
4. Wait for a confirmation page. The confirmation page may be printed for your records.

1. You may either pay the full amount due on the citation or make a partial payment of any amount up to the full amount due.
2. Although you may make a partial payment, late penalty fees will be incurred if payment of the full amount due is not received on or prior to the due date of the citation.
3. Please be advised that there is a $2.00 processing fee per transaction.
4. Visa and Master Card are accepted. Please have your credit card information available.
5. Vehicles are eligible for immobilization with five or more unpaid parking citations.
6. The citation number is required to pay online. To obtain the citation number by vehicle license plate number, please call the Parking Violations Bureau at (866) 561-9742.
7. If your citation was issued within the last 24 hours and the system advises you that your citation cannot be found, please check again in 48 hours.
