Helpful Information
We now accept payments from most bank accounts. Credit and debit card payments have a service fee of 2.95% with a minimum fee of $2.25 per transaction. Payments from bank accounts have a service fee of $0.40 per transaction. You can read about the fees and find other ways to pay on our website.
Instructions:
- Have your ticket or license plate number and a form of payment ready. We accept the following forms of payment:
- American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa debit and credit cards; and
- direct payments from personal checking, personal savings, and commercial checking accounts. You'll need the account number and routing number.
- When entering your ticket or license plate number, do not include spaces or hyphens. Example: input 12345678-9 as 123456789. Note: You cannot use this website to pay tickets that have been issued to vehicles with commercial plates.

License and registration holds:
If you want the City of Cambridge to clear a hold that we've placed on your license or registration due to unpaid parking tickets, you must:
- pay all outstanding tickets in your name, and
- contact us to let us know that you have paid all tickets in your name.
Service fees and penalties:
- Credit and debit card payments will incur a 2.95% service fee with a minimum fee of $2.25.
- Payments from bank accounts will incur a fee of $0.40 per transaction.
- Fraudulent charges or chargebacks are subject to a $25 penalty.

Other information:
- You have the option to print your receipt or have it emailed to you.
- If you would like to dispute this ticket, you may do so using the Parking Ticket Dispute form.
