Temporarily Saving Your
Payment Information
When entering your credit card information for a case payment, you
have the option to temporarily save the payment information for
additional case payments. This is a convenient, timesaving feature
if you are paying for multiple cases at a time.
How it works
If you choose to save your payment information, when you are
finished paying for one case, you can continue paying for other
cases without re-entering your billing information. The Arizona
Courts Online Payment web site saves this in a secure location. When
you return to the Enter Payment Information screen, the Arizona
Courts Online Payment web site automatically redisplays your billing
information. You can simply re-enter your credit card number,
expiration date and security code continue on your way. When you
are finished paying cases, click the I’m Finished Paying Cases
button and all of your payment information is permanently deleted
from the Arizona Courts Online Payment web site.
Deleting Your Payment Information
When your payment information is permanently deleted from our web
site, it cannot be used for any other online transactions on the
Arizona Courts Online Payment web site unless it is re-entered. To
prevent misuse of your credit card information, the Court takes
extra precautions and will delete your payment information if any
one of the following actions occurs:
- If you click the I’m Finished Paying Cases button
- If you close your web browser
- If you navigate to another web site
- If you exit the case-payment process by returning to the Home
page
- If your web browser is inactive (no links are clicked) for
longer than 5 minutes
Added Security
In addition to our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, we require
you to re-enter your credit card information each time your payment
information is displayed on the Enter Payment Information screen.
