The Parking Violations Bureau and Photo Safety Division have established an automated Voice Response System (VRS) hotline for your convenience. By dialing (216)664-4744, you can obtain general information, check the status of a ticket, or pay for your ticket by Visa or Mastercard credit card 24 hours a day.
Using the automated system and a touchtone phone, you will be able to access the following information:
In addition to the automated VRS telephone system, between the hours of 8AM and 4PM, Monday through Friday, you have the option of speaking to a live Customer Service Representative.
Customer Service Representatives can provide you with detailed information about your parking ticket(s) and photo infraction(s), including the results of investigations, dates, payments, if correspondence were received, and the hearing date, time and location.
